Yes! We offer discounted rates for weekly and monthly stays at select properties.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and secure online payments.
Note that all credit cards will be charged a 3.5% fee. 
To avoid fees, we also take checks or money orders through the mail.

Is a deposit required?

Yes, a $250 deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. You are welcome to make payments up to 30 days prior to your stay.

You may cancel up to 30 days prior to your booking for a refund minus any credit card fees.

Do you provide linens and towels?

Yes,  all out properties come with linens, towels and a starter pack : 1 sponge, 4 dishwasher pods, hand soaps, dish soap, 2 laundry pods, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom,  and a roll of paper towels.
