This ground floor condo is 1300 sq ft boasting 2 king bedrooms, a bunk room, sleeper sofa, full kitchen, and 2.5 bathrooms. You will never have to climb stairs or wait for an elevator – Perfect for both young and older families! Both king bedroom suites offer a full master bathroom equipped with large walk-in showers, sink vanities, and soaking tubs. Our bunkbeds are located in an alcove off the kitchen. Both bedrooms and twin size bunk beds in this unit have TVs. Our kitchen is well stocked with a Keurig coffee maker, toaster, cooking utensils, bake ware, and everything to make, serve, and store meals. The kitchen opens up to a dining room and a spacious living room equipped with a large flat screen TV and DVD player. The large sectional can be converted into a queen sofa sleeper. This is a one-of-a-kind resort style condominium that hosts an array of unique outdoor amenities. Waterscape offers a children’s splashpad, hot tubs, a lay-z river, a seasonally heated upper level pool, and a zero entry pool with an agility course and waterfall. There are gas grills located around the pools and a seasonal cantina. The adults only fitness center is open 24/7. Waterscape is a beachfront complex (meaning directly on the beach, no long walks or roads to cross)!! ** EXTRAS ** A complimentary "starter pack" is provided to allow you to settle in and start enjoying your vacation. This includes toiletries, coffee pods, toilet paper, paper towels, dish and laundry pods, and garbage bags. These items will get you by until you pick up groceries at one of the many nearby stores. Beach service is included in your stay. The service provides you with 2 beach chairs and an umbrella. I don't force full week rentals. However, I do not allow reservations that cause small gaps in the calendar which can't be rented. You must go back-to-back with other reservations, or leave at least three nights between you. ALL gaps must remain rentable (no exceptions). When you select dates below, if it shows you a warning, then you must move your dates to fit these rules.
